Ashley was very helpful for setting up windshield replacement for me. The staff also went above and beyond to clear hurdles and they also got the OEM like glass for me without losing the logo.

Trae was incredibly proactive—He noticed my cracked windshield while servicing another client, and left his card. I’m so glad because I’ve been dreading calling my insurance company. I gave him a call and he walked me through their services and made the entire process effortless. Everything was handled in just one phone call! I was transferred to Nick who also has amazing customer service and is very professional! This call including them contacting my insurance company with me on the line to get the replacement approved, and they even scheduled my windshield replacement for the very next day on a Saturday. Ricky was my service tech who performed my windshield replacement. He contacted me within 30 minutes upon his arrival as promised, he was on time and completed the service in about 30 minutes including the calibration. He answered all questions and we are totally satisfied with replacement! He informed us what to do and what not to do to prevent leaks within the first 5 days. Very personable, professional, and he knows what he’s doing! Orange Blossom Auto Glass made the whole experience smooth and stress-free from start to finish, it truly couldn’t have been easier.
